Hello,
When I connected my PC to the Internet this window message popped-up and nothing happened after I pressed OK. It doesn’t appear all the time but I would like to get rid of it. Can anyone help me please to fix this ? Why does it appears ?
Thank you !
Neither DP1.0 nor DP2.0 was found for the Product, or the Product cannot be identified.

You may get this error when you flash a Nokia mobile phone using the Phoenix Service Software. This error is thrown when the downloaded Product Code is selected in the application’s Firmware Update window. The application is still unable to locate the phone’s firmware though you have already selected it in the Firmware Update window. To fix the problem, you need to have the correct firmware for your handset.
To download the Nokia firmware, visit Download Nokia Firmware Using NaviFirm+. If the application requires you to install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0, download it from Microsoft .NET Framework 4 [Standalone Installer]. After downloading the correct firmware for your Nokia phone, open Windows Explorer and go to “C:Programs FilesNokiaPhoenixProducts”. Create a new folder and name it “RM-596” for Nokia N8, for example, or “RM-313” for Nokia N82.
You can check the RM of your Nokia phone by pressing *#0000#. If you are using an x64 Microsoft Windows, you can find the Nokia Phoenix in “C:Program Files (x86)”. After this, you will no longer see the error because the application can already detect the Nokia firmware files. See image.
