Hi, people!

I have IM accounts with Windows Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger and Facebook. I usually have the 1 Windows messenger, 1 YM. My web browser is logged in to Facebook. I need recommendations as to what the best Messenger I can use to access all 3 of my IM accounts.

Thanks!

I can suggest a couple of ways you can send message to multiple accounts such as Windows messenger, YM, Facebook and more!

1. Upgrade your Yahoo! Messenger to the latest version (Version 11). With Yahoo! Messenger, you can add your MSN contacts as well as link it to your Facebook account.

2. Install Pidgin (http://www.pidgin.im/). This works with MSN and Yahoo as well as other IM protocols. Unfortunately, it doesn't support Facebook chat (yet). It supports emoticons of Yahoo (even the hidden ones) but it doesn't animate them.

3. Imo.im (https://imo.im/) is accessible on your web browser. It currently supports MSN, Yahoo, Google Talk, Facebook and more protocols. Give it a try. One problem though is it won't animate emoticons (such as YM emoticons).

4. Meebo.com (http://www.meebo.com/) is accessible on your web browser. It supports MSN, Yahoo, Facebook, AIM and many more. The site layout is pretty nice too!

Hope this helps!

There is actually a third party software that you can use in order to access all your IM accounts. You can use imo.im. This software will merge your multiple IM accounts online including Yahoo, MSN, Google Talk, Skype, Facebook, Myspace, AIM / ICQ, etc. IMO is free and it does not require you to any sign up. While you’re logged on, you can use other IM functionality like video and voice chat and file transfer. You can go to this link https://imo.im/ to try it out.

When you use IMO you can link all of your accounts permanently, so every time you logged you only need to log in on one of your IM accounts for you to access other linked accounts.
