I am from Bangladesh.

I am facing some problems,don't know d solutions.can anyone help me on this?

Do you know how to check the balance of used internet in zoom ultra service?

Check the balance of used internet in zoom ultra service?

Hello Mr.Amin.Welcome to techyv.

You have to follow the instruction given below:

1. Connect your Zoom modem to your computer.

2. After getting connected,you will find a 'text' option.a

3. Go to the message folder and type 'usage' and send this to 811.

4. In reply,you will get a message that will show your remaining internet package.

Note:This will only show how much you have used.
