Cinema 4D Error observed with different versions

Whenever I try running Cinema 4D, I encountered the below error, even uninstalling and reinstalling it  with different version does not solve the problem. Can anyone help me here?

Cinema 4D Error observed with different versions

 

Hi Susan

Many Cinema 4D Users are experiencing this type of error, and most of them have no choice but to contact the Maxon Cinema 4D website. But probably, there is a very easy way on how to resolve this problem. A few clicks away and your Cinema  4D will work brilliantly again.

Here is the first option that will surely work:

• Right Click Cinema 4D icon on your Desktop
• Click the “Properties” > “Compatibility” then click “Run in 256 Colors”

Here is the second solution:

• You may also have the “Run as Administrator” then click “Ok” then the program will open.
• Go to “Help” then click “Check for updates”. Download all of the updates available.
