The Cisco Ironport C170 is unable to receive an 'Out of the Office' Notifications from the external users. There are no messages in the Spam folder and there are no configured settings in the Inbound rules about it. What do you think is causing this problem? What are some of your recommendations?

Analyze and troubleshoot your network. Ensure users are having no issues with their traffic or network, and ensure that the notifications were in fact sent. Also, examine all settings related to how traffic is categorized, recorded, flagged, or labeled. There should be a way to identify this traffic and authenticate it within the system. If the software itself does not appear in any way to offer this configuration option, consult Cisco support for a way to do this.
