Ubuntu touch is in its early development stages, At the moment, There is no dedicated official app store where you can download apps, But you can install apps from unofficial app store at https://uappexplorer.com/apps, You can install Ubuntu touch over android by following this guide here,  Android apps don't run natively on Ubuntu touch, Right now Ubuntu touch doesn't suffer from any virus issues, As it is not popular as Android, So it is less targeted by viruses, Here are several screenshots, Ubuntu touch does really look gorgeous.
