Clearing your web browser cache periodically is a good practice

From your computer desktop go to start menu an select control panel and select internet settings and click deleting all browsing history and also cache by delete files. By deleting files this will also delete your cache of files from where you have downloaded it 

To solve your problem follow these written instructions, this will empty your cache periodically.

This will delete your files cache too that you have in your browser.
