Cloud Computing Service Where I can Install Own OS

Where can I get a cloud service like Amazon EC2 free hosting that will allow me to install my own operating system and at the same time run Linux programs that I can put in, without having to install anything in my pc? Is that even possible and does that even exist? Thanks.

No there is no other cloud service like the one you mentioned that allows you to install your own operating system and at the same time run Linux programs that you put in them.

The reason behind this is that if you add such features to cloud computing then it’s not called a portable Desktop. Cloud computing means that you can use your desktop everywhere you go. There will be a lot of hassle if they allow users to install their own OS.

Because people like the OS which they provide because it does the work for them as all these OS provides the basic functionality that everyone is looking for like calculator, notes, office, file manager etc.
