To create animated menu to use in vb6 you can use many easy software.

At first you need to create icons or apps theme with correct formats which supports VB6.

You can also use different types of codec or plug-in to make the item more appeal.

You may download software that deals with the animated background in VB6. It is very simple, just run the software and follow a couple of instructions, you will got the result. This software can easily be found in the net.
