Hi,

I see that you are facing a problem with Citrix Personal vDisk when you try to run it. Just follow the following steps and your problem will be solved:

1. Uninstall virtual desktop agent from your system.

2. Now go to the folder where you installed Citrix Personal vDisk and find the view server agent WSM and delete it.

3. Now reinstall the virtual desktop agent on your system and restart the computer.

If that does not work, check whether there are separate disks available for Personal vDisk and cache as they cannot work on the same hard disk.

Hope this information helps you.

Hello Christina,

That error could  be occurring because the Base image has VMware view agent service WSM installed. It is a bug in PvD, and has been fixed in the recent releases of the program. In order to resolve the issue you will need to do the following:

  • Remove VDA software from the Base Image.
  • And then get rid of WSM View Agent service.
  • After that you will need to re-install VDA software.

Regards,

Nicke
