Next step is the selection of data source that to be used in Visio stencil map diagram. However, the first step of coding is to define the variables, constants, define and initialize the array containing data of drawing in addition to determination of page dimensions. Similarly it can be coded by simply selection of stencil to open the programme that will import data automatically. You can use this practice for creating a stencil. Click the file button then move to shapes option and select “New Stencil”. Here your right click will lead you toward “New Master” that helps you to select characteristics of new shapes.  A new shape will be added after clicking OK button of the message box. By selecting “Edit Master” you can “Edit Master Shapes” and insert from the menu and can add more shapes to your Visio Stencil and save your work.
