Hi,

     To create forms coffee cup is the best website you can go for. For Mac, you can choose Web form builder OS X. Before downloading the Web form builder, you must meet the server requirements perfectly.

·  Specially you can make autofocus fields.

·  Using S-Drive accounts you can publish, share and overview your forms.
