Communication software error, “CAL Error number 870”

Hello,

 

Star c3 communication software error "CAL Error number 870". Is there any way to resolve the following error? I searched for the solution to fix this issue but I could not find anything for the resolution. I am expecting assistance from you so guide me with the proper solution.

Communication software error, “CAL Error number 870”

Hi Earnest,

The error is because some bin files are missing.
To resolve this error is as mentioned below:
1) Download the bin file from the Media fire website
2) Place the downloaded file in the path 'F:/Program Files/bin'
3) Unzip the file and install the software
4) Restart the system and the error will be resolved
