What does a photocopier machine have in common with a scanner machine? What are the distinct features of a scanner machine and that of a photocopier machine? Priscilla Appiah Kubi is my name from Ghana. I am a second cycle student studying Home Economics in the same country. I would like to have answers for these questions bothering my mind. The comparison of the photocopier machine and the scanner machine

Hello,

Photocopy and scanner – both are our very useful components. There are differences between their works although they have something in common.

Both machine is commonly a scanner. The photocopy machine scans a document and transfers the information of the scanning to the printer. The printer prints the document same to the scanned result. But scanner only scans the document, can’t print it. It only sends the scanned result to the PC or other machine connected to it.
