Hey everyone,
I have installed the smart red hat on Linux and I've had no problem with it recognizing my integrated audio device while my Win98Â does not find any drivers for it. Does anybody no how to solve this problem? Do drivers exist for an integrated sound card?
Thanks
Compatibility issue with smart red hat – Linux and Win98
Yes there are drivers surely exist for integrated audio devices first thing you have to do is.Â
1. Go to "START".Â
2. Click on "Run" .Â
3. Type "Dxdiag" and click "RUN".Â
4. This will open a dialog box click on "SOUND" which is a 3rd option as shown in image this will show you about your audio device and hardware ID check for the corresponding driver.Â
5. I am giving you some links to check for your driver. There are some links for the integrated audio device driver for win 98.
