Hello!
I installed  1 GB of RAM today. It seems that it is correctly installed, but the only
problem is that my computer has , only one slot for RAM. So I put out the old RAM that is
512 MB and replaced it with new one that is of 1 GB . But now — whenever I play videos,
listen to music or play computer games– it pauses, and sometimes stops.
Is there any solution?

Computer crashes some time while running?
Mostly games have mentioned their system requirements with their outlet well ! it seems to me that it might be problem with your Game card also which graphic card or game card are you using try to unplug the game card also. If the problem persists then try to remove the Ram and then plug-in into the slot again there is also problem with your windows might be its affect with a virus so try to check your system for a virus mostly system held or stop working due to virus attacks also. Completely scan your computer with a strong antivirus and then try to play game hope it will work Ram is only for the purpose of Read Only Memory. It will not be the cause of system held or etc.

During your installation of your new hardware, have you entered the BIOS setup? If not, you are required to do this to save your new hardware settings that might be causing you the problem. Also when you buy a new hardware, make sure that it is supported by you motherboard. RAM doesn't only rely on it capacity but also with speed, so you need to be careful when you are trying install something like this. Try putting back your old RAM and test if the you will encounter the same problem to make sure that it is not only the problem.
