The computer detects the pen drive but data on pen drive is not visible in one of the port, while data can be visible when plugged in other ports of the same computer.
In computer management, under "Volumes" tab the USB storage device is not shown but it can be seen at the right bottom of computer management window with Status = unreadable.
Â
I want to use my pen drive in all ports.
Â
Please help me.

Computer detects pen drive but data on pen drive is not visible
Under normal circumstances, when you think that the system does not recognize the flash drive, it might be when the computer detects the pen drive, but does not appear in My Computer.
This may be due to any free drive letter that is assigned to your pen drive. If you can not see your pen drive in the Device Manager, or if you see some question marks on your disk in Device Manager, there could be problems with your registry.
Â
If no USB device is on your file, it might be due to incorrect registry entries. So you have to delete the registry values – UpperFilters and LowerFilters.
Â
Follow these steps:
Â
1. Open Start >> Run, and type "regedit" (without double quotes), and click OK.
Â
2. Locate UpperFilters registry value. it resides in the following registry subkey:
Â
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlClass{4D36E980-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
Â
3. Click on Edit menu, and select Delete and click OK.Â
Â
Note: If you receive an error when you try to delete the registry subkey, you may not have correct permissions to edit the subkey.
Â
4. Locate LowerFilters registry value. It resides in the following registry subkey:
Â
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlClass{4D36E967-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
Â
5. Click on Edit menu, and select Delete and click OK.Â
Â
6. Exit Registry Editor and restart your system.

Computer detects pen drive but data on pen drive is not visible
You are able to see the drive icon in my computer but unable to access right?
Go to disk management and open it. If it is showing the icon, definitely it has to open in disk management. Anyways, it will still work by opening through disk management. and try logging on to the system in Administrator mode.

Hope this will help.
