Hello Jerry, the only solution is to grab your original windows XP CD and pop it in your CD/DVD tray and boot up your computer. You need to start tapping F9 as soon as you turn on the switch of your computer, then you will presented a short list of boot options usually 3, your hard drive, DVD drive and USB boot. Select your DVD drive and proceed with the process, now after windows boot mood is loaded press F2 to install the drivers you need from the list provided, if you have a Windows 7 DVD do the same process until you get to press F2, windows 7 offers you to repair your computer, once you press the button it will automatically repair your drivers and OS will be restored back.

It can also be a hardware problem, not a software one. You can check if this is happening with another RAM module, if you have one. If you have 2 RAM modules on your computer then you can try removing one, and try to start your Operating System, then remove the other one and try starting your Operating System. If the computer boots with one if the RAM modules, then the other one is broken. The other thing you can do is reinstalling your Windows XP Operating System, without any drivers or peripherals plug-in the computer during Windows installation. Hope this helps you. Good Day.Â
