How to move an animation to another location in the animation with Adobe flash CS4 having lots of trouble with it?

Computer problems right now regarding CS4

You can add move effect easily in adobe flash software. Here following the method to move any content as like an animation:

• At first import a picture in your working stage as a graphic or movie clip content.
• Then move or copy that picture into the library. Press Ctrl+R for open library window.
• Now create a new layer and then insert that picture from the library and then insert new key frame in that layer where your inserted picture.
• Let create moving position for every picture in that key frames.
• Now press Ctrl+ Enter for check your animation.
