My computer has power but won’t boot. I also connected my hard drive to other computer and it’s booting the computer. I replaced also my power supply unit but still won’t boot. it still response to F2 button to go to the BIOS and I have check my hard drive still readable. But after rebooting the computer it won’t boot even the RAM reading or the initialization don’t show up.
What device could be the problem?

Computer won’t start but has power
First of all check your RAM, display problem is mostly due to RAM. Try this RAM in any other computer, if it is working there, then two options are there
Your graphic card is expired or not configured properly. If you replaced graphic card in recently, check that it is properly attached to the port. If your computer have external graphic card then check it in someone else computer.
You said that when you press F2 button, computer gives response, it means that graphic card is not processing and not sending output to monitor. Or it is sending output to monitor but monitor cable have some problems and unable to display results.
Computer won’t start but has power
You mentioned you replaced the power supply and it works fine. The last computer I handled is a bit similar to yours. With so many things I suspected, I ended up replacing the memory. Try to swap a different memory and hopefully it will work just fine. If the memory replacement cannot solve your problem, it may be the last things to be broken but sometimes, they broke. The component I am talking about is the motherboard and the processor.
If you have some spare component to use, you may try to swap them up to your unit. You may experience inconvenience but it will give you the security that the component you are going to buy is the real defective ones.

Computer won’t start but has power
Dear Frail
According to you, all the BIOS and drives are working well, but still your computer is still not starting. There are two reasons why it happens. First, is because of your motherboard, just like with my other computer, it doesn't start, so I decided to have a system check up and bring it to the technical expert, and it only finds out that the motherboard was the problem of my system unit, so the technician change the motherboard.

But even if he change it, still, has same result, so he change the CPU or the central processing unit, then it was worked. So, primarily, your problem may in this two reasons.

Hi folks,
Its nice to have you here. The problem does completely related to the corruption of the operating system.
This has nothing to do with RAM or Power supply. The booting of your system is actually done in the fields below:
-
Can be corrupted if there is a low voltage occurrence in your electricity.
-
Can be corrupted if the proper shutdown is not executed well.
-
Can be corrupted if theres a bug or virus.
-
Can be corrupted if cooling system in your pc is not sufficient.
-
Can be corrupted if a program system is lost.
As you can see, there are many things to relate when corruption occurs. The main solution of this is to REPROGRAM your Operating System/Windows.
