Computers cannot see to talk to each other

I have made a new network between three computers in my home but the problem that no computer can see or talk to any other computer and also there is no error message I do not know what is the problem so if anyone can tell me how to discover the problem and how to fix?

Computers cannot see to talk to each other

See if each PC has the same DNS and Gateway, and if the IP address is almost the same with only one digit difference.

Try pinging every computer and each other to see if they are really connected. Once you've done this, you might only have problems with the setup of the network in your operating system. Example: PC1 is connected to Home network, so make sure that PC2 and PC3 is in the same network as well. Don't forget to remove your firewall to all PCs because it will create problems for the PCs to contact each other.

the problem was in DNS and firewall.
