Hi Gonzalo, running a report using Config manager can sometimes be quite laborious. At any rate, there are some steps which I highly recommend, first try to install Windows features for the SCCM.CONTOSO.com in the system that you are using. These are the systems requisites. .NET framework 3.5 then a remote differential compression, bits of IIS Role, and the Powershell 2.0 engine. Install also the WSUS Server role and also install the Windows ADK with the USMT, WINPE and other components. Create a Windows firewall exception rule like Open WF.msc then create an inbound rule for port 1433. 4022 exception. Port 1433 to connect with SQL database & port  4002  for the service broker. Now go to Windows Server Start screen, try to search for a SQL server config manager, then expand the SQL Server network config and then click the protocols for the SCCM, then from the right pane try to right click the TCP/IP and pick status enabled. Now to re-start a service, Click on the SQL server service. Then right click the SQL server & click now Re-Start.
