Before I answer your question, let me ask you something. You are missing one of the most important pieces. Where is the video card? I mean it is one of the things we should consider when looking at the requirements of game. With that hardware, I guess it can hardly play the game, or can play but at minimum settings.

Although your RAM is the average requirement for the game to play, your processor just passed, but only in the minimum requirement. Your video card must be a good one, if not then it probably cannot play. Just try to minimize all the settings of the game; it should probably give you some fps, and make the game playable.
