Configure UPS Connection Settings In APC Smart-UPS 3000 XL?

Use the following steps to configure UPS connection settings in APC Smart-UPS 3000 XL model

• Open terminal program for example HyperTerminal(Start->Programs->Accessories->Communication->HyperTerminal)

• Follow the instructions for choosing a name, if install the modem is shown just click on cancel.

• Go to File->Properties and select the appropriate COM port.

• Click OK in each of the Windows.

• Press ENTER.
