What are the steps required to configure an iphone 4 message center settings in order to do away with a persistent problem of text delivery failure?

Hello Glenda,

 

For the text delivery failure issue you are currently facing, I suggest you update your iPhone software first. If that doesn't help, you can try resetting your network preferences. 

 

If it is the same, then try these simple steps. Go to Messaging, Click Menu and then click Settings. Uncheck the "Read reports" option. This should most probably fix the issue. If this isn't even helping, you have to go for a full restore of factory default settings
