Connecting to the Elluminate sessions for the open university shows error

Hi,

I am having trouble with connecting to the Eliminate sessions in the open university but an error is displayed “Connection failed”.

I want to remove this error and start my project immediately.

Help me to fix this issue.

Connecting to the Elluminate sessions for the open university shows error

Hi Daniel,

This can be caused by a JAVA environment problem try updating the JAVA platform.

If it still won’t work you can try to update the certificate embedded in the program. 

Most likely this is caused by the software’s JRE environment and resolving it on your own may be hard however contacting the software manufacturer will help.
