Please confirm and correct me if I'm wrong, if this is the proper way.
My computer doesn’t get the proper driver when I tried to trigger USB pass-through internet.  So i tried to connect it via the handset, To make the connection, you need to attach your handset to PC using USB cable and then from the top of the display, drag the status bar down and select the connection type. The device now will be able to connect online through the pcs link.Â
I got HTC setup sync but I don't have the information about my handset and it didn’t come with software or CD. Â

Connecting my Computer to the Internet via Handset
Hello James,
To connect your PC to the internet via the handset, you can use the Bluetooth internet connection. Ensure that both the PC and the handset have their Bluetooth switched ON. Use the PC's Bluetooth to search for the available devices in the network range it should be able to find the handset. Add the handset to the list of your paired devices.
Now go to network and sharing center on your computer, and then click on change adapter settings. You will see 'Bluetooth network connection' among the listed networks. Click on it you should see the name of the handset device.
Right click on it and then choose connect >> connect using access point.
When you are asked to dial a number anywhere enter *99# as the number to dial.
Other details can vary.
