Connecting my Nokia via Nokia PC suite for bluetooth

I have a Nokia Asha 206 that connects to my computer via Bluetooth but will not connect to the Nokia PC suit what could be the problem? How can I make this phone ne synchronized with the suite? Im using a current suite so I ruled out the possibility of the program having a problem. Ho can I trouble shoot for the phone without establishing a connection.

Connecting my Nokia via Nokia PC suite for bluetooth

Steps to connecting mobiles to PC in Nokia PC Suite via Bluetooth-

1. Initialize both the devices& open Bluetooth
2. Open Nokia PC Suite & go to Settings
3. Select manage connections
4. Select Bluetooth(MS) check box
5. Configure Nokia phone to connect to the computer via Bluetooth by following the instructions displayed

• After the process is complete, connect the PC to internet through the mobile internet package by disconnecting the PC internet connection
