You are not capable to log into the SolarWinds LEM console subsequent to closing and re-opening it. For the period of the first connection of the LEM appliance and Console, the console is configuring to connect to the SolarWinds LEM appliance throughout an IP address. While re-opening the console it tries to bond using the LEM appliances hostname.

Hello Aabel,
The error you have mentioned it occur while the server tries to connect through an IP address. To resolve the issue you need to add an entry in your local workstation. Go to the host file then add the IP address and the host name of LEM appliance. After that save the file and log into LEM console now from the security alert message select ‘Yes’. Hope this time you can connect to the log.
