Connection of Windows XP to Windows Home Server

Hi,

WINDOWS XP HOME Edition, by definition was an Operating System developed to succeed Windows 95, 98, and Me while Windows Home Server was an OS developed to be a solution for Homes with multiple connected PCs offer file sharing and other remote access. So basically, they are just the same Operating System but differ a lot in features and other administrative tools.
Home Editions was intended for home or small office use only and has no provision for network authentication while WHS provides authentication for users before they are permitted to access a site, a folder in a site, or documents in the site to strengthen the accessing security.(ex. Windows Server 2003).
Both Operating System are developed by Microsoft.

Hope this information Helps. Thanks
