ConsoleOne error after starting up

Hi,

Why does it happen that immediately after starting up Console One error appears?

I bought this blunder 0x8884 Switched Electronic Routine failed whenever simply clicking the tree diagram.

Are you aware of it? If it is some sort of protection under the law dilemma?

Pleases assist. Thank you.

ConsoleOne error after starting up

Dear Jeremy,

It depends of what version of ConsoleOne are you using.

That error 0x8884 is usually related to 1.3.3 version of CO.

So if this is (1.3.3) the version you are using,try to upgrade it to 1.3.4 or higher version.

That should solve your problem.

ConsoleOne error after starting up

Hello Jeremy Ngo,

This is one of the errors of ConsoleOne that can be seen on the older version of the software. The only way to fix it is to upgrade to a higher version or by applying the Field Test patch 299639.exe on the ConsoleOne. You can always visit http://www.novell.com/support/ if you still experiencing those errors. Hope this will help.

Updating your version is the suitable solution for this problem, but you can report this error to Novell.
