Constantly getting Neat video error

Hi,

I am constantly getting this error message using Neat Video noise remover plugin in FCP7on some Apple pro Res 422HQ footage keyed with Boris Chromakey plugin.

I have tried many ways to solve this issue.

I need your assistance to fix this.

Constantly getting Neat video error

Your issue looks like the card memory had some left over data from an application previously used by you and it is not cleared to make room for the Neat video.

 

Check if the following procedure rectifies your issue.

 

The GPU cards and the various processors are listed under preferences in the Neat Video setup. If you have 2 GPUs, check the settings of each and change it to avail 80 percent of the card if any of them is configured to utilise 100 percent of its resources. You should be now able to get rid of the error which you encountered previously.
