Continuous keyboard crash problem on Droid Razr

The keyboard on my Droid Razr is crashing several times everyday while the virtual keyboard is booting up for text input. This crashing is happening too often now, enough to annoy me much. Is there any suggestions how to fix this frequent crashing?

Continuous keyboard crash problem on Droid Razr

Hi

Droid RAZR, an android smartphone is the world’s thinnest 4G smartphone. I am not sure about the Android OS version of your phone and the provider but you can try these steps to resolve the issue:

-Clear all data. Go to applications, managed applications, all, then home screen

  Check if it works. If not do this:

-Do a complete Factory Reset on the phone

 Check if works. If not then you need to back up your files and reload everything.

If all of the troubleshooting steps won’t work, then you have to check if the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is available to update your Android OS.
