Hello,
I have a serious problem for a while with Real Player Converter, in general, convert video to mp3 file go well (this is my main use of the converter).
But it turns out that, when I want convert video to MP4, advertising is displayed with a link to close. But when I close it, another advertisement is displayed (both advertising Real Player) and this one. I can not close that other 'by closing the window, except that it takes me back to the window pre-conversion and the conversion is not done.
Thanks.

Error on converting videos to MP4 using Real Player
Hi there,
There are many software available these days that allows to change files between different formats and the good thing is that there are few which offer these conversion services absolutely free of cost. Amongst those I reckon Format Factory is one of the most useful and versatile tools that will convert files from most formats to most of the commonly used formats these days which includes Mp4 to Mp3. You can find out more information and download format factory from Format Factory – Download. You can use this software for converting audio, video, and images and having compatibility with most portable devices.
Hope this will solve your problem.
Best of Luck and happy conversions!
Error on converting videos to MP4 using Real Player
Hi,
You might be using the trial version of RealPlayer Converter.
You must buy the full version of RealPlayer Converter if you want to be able to convert video without the advertisement.
Alternatively, you can use free video conversion software that supports Real video formats.
There are only a few available out there, because most of the free video converters don't support Real video, and most that do support Real video aren't free.
Try Any-Video-Converter
It’s a freeware, and it can convert almost all video formats including DivX, XviD, MOV, rm, rmvb, MPEG, VOB, DVD, WMV, and AVI.
rm and rmvb are Real media formats!

If you can’t convert your video to the MP4 format using your application, try other video converters like this one I’m using: HandBrake. The latest version at the moment supports Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10 all 64-bit. Windows XP and Windows Vista are no longer supported.
If you have an older operating system like Windows XP and Windows Vista that the new version doesn’t support, go to HandBrake Old Releases. The last version to support Windows XP is HandBrake 0.9.9.5530. This application converts your video to M4V (*.m4v) format by default. This format is just using a different container but it is also MP4.
The M4V format supports chapters while the MP4 format does not. If your video originally contains chapters, you should definitely use the M4V format. If you convert the video to the MP4 format or you change the extension name from M4V to MP4, you won’t lose the chapters in the video after converting it. You just won’t see any chapters during playback.
You can change which container the application saves to in the settings.
