ConvertXtoDVD conversion fails to convert

Hi,

I have the ConvertXtoDVD software that I use to convert videos to DVD and burn. I have been able to convert AVI videos. But when I try to convert from MKV (which is also supported), I get an error as shown below. Also I can’t access the log and when I click ok it quits. Please help.

Error message:

One or more files can’t be converted.

See the log for more details.

ConvertXtoDVD conversion fails to convert

It is a problem with this version of the program not with your computer or with your operating system. Download the latest beta version from this link and install it and I think that this error will disappear. If you have the same problem or any other problems report and we will continue investigations.
