Hi all,
I have downloaded and installed ‘Photoscape’. The Coral Photo Pro was already installed by me.
But when I am clicking on the shortcut it gives an error message which says that ‘Failed to initialize’.
I have done this with my new computer which runs with Windows Vista.
Please help me to find out the problem.
Thanks in advance.
Corel Photo Pro Failed to initialize’
The minimum requirement for running Phtoscape is XP / 2000 / ME / 9x. Currently there is no Photoscape version available which runs in windows vista or 7 smoothly. My recommendations are:
1. In Windows vista or 7, right click the Photoscape setup file. Now, click ‘Run as administrator’. When the setup is done, right click the Phtoscape EXE file, and click on the properties option. Click on the compatibility tab. Now, in the upper side, change the compatibility to Windows XP service 2. In the lower side, click the ‘Run as Administrator’ option. Click on Apply then OK.
2. Change your Operating system to Windows XP and then install the Photoscape software.
