Hello Experts,

While synchronizing some images in ITunes, I received an error message. It says, "Could not be synced because the sync session failed to finish". Have you any idea for the issue?

Please help me to solve the problem.

Following steps surely help you–
1.Please remove your iTunes back up files from your PC. 
2.Please launch iTunes with your iPad/iPhone connected to your PC. 
3.You can delete your iTunes backup files by performing Choose Edit > Preferences; Mac: Choose iTunes > Preferences then click devices and click Delete all Backup.  
4.Duplicate backups list should be deleted . 
5.Then restart your idevice and your PC and reinitiate your sync.

Hi Hollis,
This issue is caused by a conflicting Back-Up saved on your computer , you will need to delete these backup files and then your sync will complete as normal . To Delete the backups go to iTunes Preferences and Select the Devices Section , you can then remove them from here then simply do you sync and create a new backup. 
This will fix your issue , Good Luck!

There are two possible reasons for that error. One, you are not using the latest iTunes and two, you have a very slow internet connection that’s too unstable to handle data transfer. To try and fix it, first, download the latest iTunes and install it to upgrade the existing version. Once you have the latest version installed, try synchronizing your images again and see if it works.

If your synchronization still gets interrupted, try resetting your router. Turn off your router and unplug it from the power for about 10 to 20 seconds. Press on any button to drain any power left. Next, plug the router back to the power and turn it on. Try synchronizing again and see if it works.
