This is a very common issue not only for Mac users but for Windows users as well. But anyway, if ever this error happens again, check if there are other programs running besides your Roxio CD burning program.

If there are other applications running simultaneously with Roxio, close all applications including Roxio then restart your machine. After booting, open Roxio and don’t open any other programs. This is to verify if the error was triggered by a conflict with other applications. If the problem still appears, you may try reinstalling it.

Uninstall it first, restart your computer then install it again and then check what happens. You must also make sure that your operating system is fully supported.
