Could not find the driver software.

Hi,

I have a Pantech Laser, which came with a USB cable. I also have a memory card and was told I could download songs on my phone to use as Ringtones. When I plugged in the cable and phone, I got a message that it could not find the driver software. Where do I go to get this software?

Hi Moss,

I believe I will indeed be able to help you with this question, most of the software or drivers are usually downloaded from the internet, and the system can also automatically search for the drivers.

You will be able to get the Pantech laser drivers from the website; or from websites such as software informer. You will get various drivers.

Once you download the drivers, you can then follow the prompts to install and start using.
