Could Not Find Movie Files in CouchPotato

Hi,

I have a problem with CouchPotato. After updating the library, I’m having a strange error. I installed Couch using GIT, and I thought it would work fine. The error mainly shows: “couldn't find any movie files for meet the parents 200013”29”27 ERROR. “Failed GIT Updater, you need to have GIT installed etc”. GIT not recognized as a command, program, batch file etc.

What could be the problem with my CouchPotato?

Dear User,

I recommend you to remove this application from your system. And remove it completely

Then download the newer or the latest version available.

Install it. Hopefully this will fix your problem

And make sure you firewall and internet security system  aren’t blocking this application

Hi there Keny:

You may be experiencing incompatibility after the update. That’s the problem sometimes when you always update, you’ll need to get the new version. There’s no need to update whenever. Just delete those you want anymore and those you want will remain in your library.

Or, you might accidentally hit the update to new version button. You will need to remove that application and get the new version.
