Could not start the Windows Defender Services on Local Computer

Hi!

I am using Microsoft Vista at home for my out of office works. When I started my computer windows defender rendered an error message:

Could not start the Windows Defender Services on Local Computer.

Error 0x80071b90: The system license has expired. Your logon request is denied.

When I saw the error, I immediately restarted my computer again to have a fresh start. After doing so, the same error appeared. So I removed windows defender and installed it again, and still same error message showed up upon starting windows defender. As far as I know windows defender is free and no expiry, and why it is posting that system license has expired. I don't have any idea now.  What are my steps in solving this problem? Please share some ideas on my problem!

Could not start the Windows Defender Services on Local Computer

• This error occurs when you open your computer an error say.
• Application failed to initialize: 0x800106ba. A problem caused Windows Defender Service to stop. To start the service restart the computer help and Support on how to start a service manually.
• Windows defender was disabled and since you are using vista its easy to enable it, when you try to enable this error pops out Could not start the Windows Defender Services on Local Computer.
• Error 0x80071b90: The system license has expired. Your logon request is denied.
• It is cause by installing old version of the windows defender which is also called the beta version, to solve this problem uninstall your old version of windows defender and install the final version of windows defender which can be downloaded at link. The beta version maybe have expired and its not working anymore this times.

Could not start the Windows Defender Services on Local Computer
