Could you suggest a mail merge tracking add-on?

The Outlook has successfully helped me to perform mail merges and I am aware that to track the emails I have sent; I have to download or find add-ons for this.

What could be the best mail merge tracking add-on that could be compatible with MS Outlook?

Could you suggest a mail merge tracking add-on?

Hello,

For Microsoft Office Outlook, there is an add-in tool by Microsoft to maintain all mailing operations including tracking and mail merge. The name of this add-on is "Send Personally”.

This tool is compatible with MS Office Outlook 2000 and later so it should be a perfect tool/add-on for you. There are other add-ons as well but since Microsoft provides such a tool of their own I would say it is best to use the "Send Personally" add-on.
