Couldn’t create a User account due to some error
I have a laptop with Windows 7 starter. I have 2 user accounts, including the administrator protected with a password. A free user account, I've put some limitations for the maximum use of the computer is using Windows 7 'Parental Control' feature.
Yesterday I created another account for my younger brother, who could also be protected with a password. I wanted to have your own account for your important files. So what I did is go to the user account, click on 'add a new user'. Click the Add button, and in the wizard that appears, enter a user name and your password, choose the standard user on this page and then click Finish.
Then the error message appears: MACHINENAMEUSERNAME could not be granted standard user access because there is no MACHINENAMEUSERNAME. So I am basically unable to create users on my machine.
