I want to know how to create a digital signature for email Outlook. I need to make my mail more secure and in order to do so I need to know this. People please help me with this.

Create A Digital Signature For Email Outlook

To create a digital signature in Outlook email-

1. To digitally sign a message go to options in Outlook
2. Then go to more options and then click on the dialog box launcher icon
3. Then proceed to security settings and then click the option to add digital signature to this message
4. Click ok and then close it
5. You will get the option to sign message

That’s it. This is how you digitally sign an email.
