Hi,

I have seen my friends trying to create an account in this website and ask a question. However, they wrote me that account registration could not be completed as the email send from techyv. com have never been received by many of them. What could be the reason for this? Is  because of the browser setting as someone told me that he got his registration success when he open the mail in different browser and repeat the process of registration.

Hi, Good day!

Just try to register again, If the same problem would occur again we will try to contact the administrator. Sometimes there have been errors in traffic using the registration so there is a message send to you like that to let the users know about a problem. So just register again or wait for 24 hours then register again.

Hi Tay,

Don't worry this is not a big problem. Sometimes due to high traffic the email comes after 4-5 hours. Also do check your spam/junk folder as the sender is not in your contact list so there is chance of bounce the mail to spam/junk folder.

If you still not getting the email then i suggest you to contact the administrator of the site and inform him about the problem.
