I want to create a camera shutter GIF animation. I have 5 still pictures that I want to loop together. What program software can I use to create the camera shutter GIF animation loop?

If you want to create a camera shutter GIF animation using still pictures, I will recommend you to use Adobe Image Ready, any version of CS, because this is a very user-friendly software.

The advantage of using this software is that it is so easy to use. There are no complex tools. A beginner can use this. Here is an image for your reference. Hope you can do it easily.

Here is one hassle free approach to making your GIF images, create it online. I have come across this website that allows you to create GIF images from your stock photos. The website is called "GICKR". The website allows you to upload multiple images, set the size and speed of the GIF at the same time. 

 

The website also enables you to grab pictures from FLICKR and turn them into GIF or convert a YouTube clip into a GIF image.
