Create Images and Edit Photos Using Pro Point Mobile

I believe this mobile App doesn't exist either on IOS nor Android. But i would like to suggest an easy application from the App Store called the GifRus. A free app that let's you create moving objects on GIF format.

This app also allows you to edit your pictures or GIFs to your desired effects. 

It also has the sharing option so once done with your image, you can directly share it on other social network accounts like twitter, Facebook etc.
