Create iPhone Applications on Windows Vista PC

Hello experts,

I don't own a Mac PC. I am running a Window-based PC and I want to know if I can create iPhone applications on my Windows Vista PC. Is this possible? If so, can you give me some insights and useful ideas on how to create iPhone apps on my Windows PC? Please tell me the step-by-step method.

Create iPhone Applications on Windows Vista PC

Truth is most programs and applications (if not all) have to be developed strictly through some sort of programming language. A programming language allows you to choose any sort of particularity and option that you want the created application to have.

However, there are other created programs which make the manipulation of programming languages easier for users who are not versed with programming or some sorts of ways to code.

Windows 8 has an app development program but I’m afraid this is not possible with windows vista. Also, these apps would have to be created for windows and not Mac. In order to program for Mac you would have to specify it through your coding.
