Critical error encountered while using Zune

Dear Gurus,

I was a long time Zune user but then I got this random error message when trying to start the software.  Soon after, Zune crashed and this was the reason that I had to re-install it.  However, I started encountering the same error after reinstallation which I did several times.  Anyway, can someone help me fix this problem?

Critical error encountered while using Zune

Hi there Mr. Rain Paja. I would like to help you resolve your Zune Issue. I am assuming that it’s a kind of Video Hardware error which is preventing you to open this software. Follow the steps I give to bypass this error. At first, uninstall your current Zune software. Then you need to create a new windows user account. Go to Control Panel > User Accounts. Now create a new user having administrative privileges. Then click Start menu> Logoff. Now click on your new user which you have created and reinstall Zune on the new profile. Then launch the Zune Software. Hope it will solve the problem.
