Critical error to start core engine

Hi,

I have installed jumblo for voip calls.But when i start jumblo, it does not work and shows critical error 3,0 and message "unable to start core engine".

I have installed and reinstalled many times, but no solution in my operating system is Windows 7 ultimate operation system.

If anyone has an idea ,

Please suggest.

There can be many problems.

Most significant is the error might not suit the operation system which you are using. The core might not be compatible with your operating system. You can better try with different operating system or Google on which operating system the particular model of your chip suits and install according to it.

Another reason is your hardware drivers might not be update.

Please upgrade them and try out. it usually does not happen. The main problem is the first reason i suggested.

It will definitely help.

This can be a result of installing a corrupted file.  You need to download and install a different file. You may also need to run the application as an administrator, just right click on the file and click on Run as Administrator.
 
If this will not work, you may need to install the software in Windows XP SP2 Compatibility mode by right clicking on the file the click compatibility mode under properties. Check Run this program in Compatibility mode for then choose Windows XP SP2.
 
Under privilege level, check Run as an Administrator"", Click apply then Ok. Install again the program by double clicking on set up file.
